(MARCH 15, 2008) -- Distance runners from Trabuco Hills and sprinters/hurdlers Mission Viejo -- two programs very familiar with each other when battling for Orange County supremacy come championship time, were the top performers at Saturday's Katella Relays Championships. Trabuco Hills excelled in the distances, with the Mustangs collecting firsts in the boys distance medley relay (10:45.1) and the boys 4x1600 meter relay (18:08.9) and then making it a sweep of the 4x1600s with the girls win in 22:08.9. For the boys, these showings likely came without all-state performer Scott Blair, who is said to be sidelined until at least late this month with injury. Mission Viejo's big highlight came in the boys 4x100m relay, where the Diablos roared to a meet-best 42.86 in the 4x100m relay and also ripped a 1:09.4 in the shuttle hurdles relay
